Fleet Sovereign Solution Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 20th December 2011. The founder directors are Capt. Mohd. Khairul Shahril bin Zakaria M. IK. and Dato Ally Dolhaji bin Abu Bakar after having served a few multi-national and international organizations related in high tech boat building, ship building, chartering and ship chandlery.
Capt. Mohd. Khairul Shahril bin Zakaria is a qualified Yachtmaster Instructor (Power and Sail) have extensive experience with various previous companies, involving with various marine projects internationally. Among them are Quantumsails Design Group USA, DK Composites and DAMEN Interceptor 1102 development from prototype up to production as he was part of the team and one of the test pilot for this vessel.
